About the Captain

It’s safe to say that I am a fishing fanatic!
Since I was three, when I began fishing on the weekends with my grandfather, I have been hooked on the sport. No matter if we were fishing in freshwater or saltwater— if the fish were there, I was there too.
At the age of 16 I moved from the mountains of Western Maryland to the beaches of Ocean City where I landed my first fishing job. After two summers of tying knots and untangling lines on head boats in Delaware Bay, I ventured down to the Florida Keys where I fell in love with the warm climate and beautiful waters. After five years of working with and learning from the best captains and mates in the Middle and Upper Keys, I earned my USCG Captain’s License. As a Florida Keys charter boat captain, I have been able to expand my career and my passion for fishing in the Florida Keys.
During my time spent working in the Florida Keys fishing industry, I have obtained a wealth of information that allows me to run a safe and successful charter boat operation, and to catch a whole lot of fish in the process!
I love fishing with beginners, as well as advanced fishermen and women, and I look forward to sharing my passion for fishing in the Florida Keys with you.
